I did! back when i lived in San Diego before moving to Carlsbad (CA, not NM) and saw it 4 times in theaters when i was 7 years old. I had some of the merchandise such as a stuffed Oliver, coloring books, a readalong book with cassette, the soundtrack ( I was into Billy Joel and Huey Lewis back then yet still am), PJs, Mcdonalds finger puppets, the two Ornuments from Mcdonalds, PVC toy from sears and a t-shirt. I was disappointed it never came out on video the next year or next one but still had my stuff even my soundtrack with memories and even my mom and dad still remember "Why Should i Worry". I did also caught this movie in it's 96 re-issue when i was 14 years old and enjoyed it as much as i did as a kid, even some of my junior high friends remembered having some merchandise and seeing it in theaters when they were kids including being P'od it never came out on video. It was also about time it came out on video after 7 years after it disappeared and added it to my movie and disney movie collection then in 2002 i replaced the tape with the DVD. I still enjoy watching this movie for nostalgia of my childhood and brings back memories of good carefree days. In fact i found this new and new O&C forum as there are 4 members as i'm one of them with one older member who was born 1983 and the other 2 in the 90s. thestreetgang.proboards.com/index.cgiurl]If you enjoyed this movie and remembered it as a kid join and also share your memories.

I don't think I saw it right in 1988, but I did and still do have the VHS from when I was little. A great Disney animated movie indeed. Been a while since I sat down and watched it though. Oliver was my favorite, as I love cats, and I love the music in it. I found a stuffed Oliver at the local Goodwill not too long ago. Getting ready to join that Oliver & Company forum now. Thanks!
