It's a happy day in my TaleSpin fan life! Yesterday I finally seen that TaleSpin promo which would to serve as original intro. It contains totally original scenes not present in the series.
Hope one day Disney will issue it as bonus on hypothetical future TS DVDs.

I agree on the footage here serving as an original Intro as well. thats a good possibility, and also the fact that some of theses parts could have also been from never befor released Episodes as well. I had been thinking that as well. so Hopefully one day we might see those parts on the 3rd DVD set its a wish thats worth it that for sure. Nice Find thanks for sharing. Sincerely, Your Friend. Kit Lee Christopher. :0)

I don't think that these parts were assigned for unreleased episodes. I think they were produced specially for the intro.

Err, I'm the one who posted that video on Youtube ;D It was from another video, I just cut that part and sent it.
I also think this was some promotional footage, that wasn't intended to be part of an episode. But maybe it was also some animation produced to get the feeling of the series and decide whether the show would go into production or not...

Steet, Nice of you to post this footage for every one as well Very cool. Come to think of it your right the footage showed here was possibly for the purpoes of showing TaleSpin, and Getting a feel for it. some of the added Footage would have been nice in a real Episode as well as another add where Kit helps out by planting s sandwich in Dons face saying Hold the mayo LOL ;D Kit the best. Thanks Again Steet. Hey you wouldn't happen to have the Disney channel Thanksgivings ad with Talespin in it by any chance would you? Just curious. Sincerely, Your Friend. Kit Lee Christopher. :0)

Thank you a lot, Steet, for unique video. Notice that few of these sequences are seen in actual TS intro. As all actions in this clip are tightly fitting to the song, I guessed that it was planned as intro. Notice that building of Cape Suzette have other look than in actual series. It points that intro we seen is produced before whole series. Btw, look how Kit is grinning, which may point to line "bear 'n grin it" not included in short version of theme song.
