I think you meant to ask why instead of who? Anyway, in Don Karnage's case... He's obviously at least part Latino (judging from his half-Spanish accent) and it's common in those cultures for "dashing young men" to be very vain (like bull fighters). I don't imagine Karnage as a bull fighter, but it's possible that vanity just runs in his family. Or he bumped his head hard when he was a kid (perhaps this theory is more likely  ) |

like on the love guru i knew justin timberlake was using karnage for reference he acted a lot like him through the movies even talked like don when he faced off against the love guru pitka the movie was hilarious, and verne troyer acted all mad like spigot does wih out the lisp though, your friend staticbear-chris and yes karnage could sure enchant many women

I think Don Karnage's ego could probably go the length of his air ship (he's got a pretty big air ship and then again he does already have a big ego)
personally I think Karnage has a little bit or at least I think he has a French accent (but yeah there are parts in the show where he does speak in more then one language. But anyway that's just my opinion. Baloo and Don Karnage both have pretty big egoes but I do believe Don Karnage has the bigger of the two.
